The UFC’s presentation of their side of things is much more convincing than Randy’s. Randy needs to decide if he going to pursue fighting Fedor (risking legal action); if he’s going to come back to the UFC and fight NOG; or if he’s just going to retire and move on. Going to the press was a total disaster for Randy. A complete failure. It backfired horribly. The statement issued by Kim made it even worse.
Randy needs to forget about the money and “respect” issues and just move on from here. Can’t change the past: just look forward to the future. He still has an open door back into the UFC if he wants it, but that door is rapidly closing. Once Dana offers him the NOG fight, Randy needs to decide once and for all.
