HEATH HERRING TALKS NOG LOSS AND KONGO FIGHT

 

Heath is one of the coolest fighters out there. I really pressed him on the fact that he gassed against Antonio Nogueira. He admitted that he didn’t work hard enough before the fight and that he regrets now that Nog is the interim title holder. Herring also gave us good stuff on the fight scene, Fedor and UFC’s competition.
